Young People To Have Their Say On The Future Of Youth Services

Horsham District Council working in conjunction with West Sussex County Council’s Integrated Prevention and Early Help (IPEH) team are encouraging local young people to take part in a public consultation to help shape youth support services across the Horsham District in the future.

In order to gather opinions a short online survey has been developed and targeted to teenagers and the under 25’s.

Commenting on the initiative, Horsham District Council Cabinet Member for Community and Wellbeing Cllr Tricia Youtan said: “We are keen to ensure that young people are fully consulted regarding these key services and are seeking their views to find out what their concerns are, what services are important to them and how they would like to access these services going forward. I would urge as many young people as possible to give us their views, or indeed for parents to share the survey as widely as possible online.”

The results of this survey will help us ensure we are directing our support to the areas that will have the most impact on the lives of local young people.

The survey will be live during November 2018 and can be found here:
