Kevis House Galley in Petworth is holding a unique exhibition celebrating the work of four consecutive generations of the Hitchens family. The exhibition is just 3 miles from Ivon Hitchen’s woodland studio, where his son John still works.

This show is held as part of the Petworth Festival 2019, and to coincide with Hitchens: Space through Colour at Pallant House Gallery, Chichester.

Work by Ivon HItchens (1893–1979), his father Alfred, his son John, and his grandson Simon will be show, as well as paintings by Jill Bray, Peter Iden, Tuëma Pattie and Emma Jamison, all of whom have been influenced by Ivon Hitchens.
