Chance To View £20million Improvement Proposals For A2300 Corridor
There are still opportunities to view proposals for more than £20million worth of highway improvements on the A2300 corridor in Burgess Hill.
A series of public exhibitions has begun but there is still time to see and give feedback on the proposals, which are aimed at easing congestion and bringing key economic benefits to the area.
Drop-in sessions are being held at:
- The Triangle Leisure Centre, Triangle Way, Burgess Hill, RH15 8WA 🚗 Saturday 22nd September 🚗 2pm – 6pm
- Burgess Hill Town Council, 96 Church Walk, Burgess Hill, RH15 9AS 🚗 Tuesday 25th September 🚗 10am – 4pm
- The Hickstead Hotel, Jobs Lane, Hickstead, RH17 5NZ 🚗 Thursday 27th September 🚗 4pm – 8pm
- Hurstpierpoint Village Centre, Trinity Road, Hurstpierpoint, BN6 9UY 🚗 Wednesday 3rd October 🚗 2.30pm – 6.30pm
The project team will be on hand to answer questions and provide further information.

Closing date for responses is midnight Sunday, 28th October, 2018.
The majority of funding for Phase 1 of the scheme will be provided by central government through the Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership’s Local Growth Fund. The remaining funds will be provided by the county council and from developer contributions.
